Our cashmere begins its journey in the vast expanse of the Gobi Desert, where over decades we have cultivated enduring relationships with nomadic herders who carry the secular sapience of lands, animals and how to roam according to weather and periods.
The region’s unique climate and sparse, resilient vegetation nurture the Hircus goats, that are the goats where the finest cashmere fibers comes from.
A delicate harvest
Each fiber is gently selected for its rare fineness and purity, hand-picked by skilled hands steeped in tradition. Every strand is examined with care, ensuring softness, resilience, and uniformity — qualities essential to transform raw cashmere into exceptional yarns and garments. The rarity of cashmere
Cashmere’s rarity lies in both nature and time. Each Hircus goat produces only a small quantity of fiber each year, and only the finest part of its undercoat can be selected to be spun into yarn. The precious fleece of a single goat is barely enough to give life to one sweater. In harmony with a fragile landscape, the goat population remains naturally limited, making cashmere an inherently scarce and precious resource, shaped by patience and respect for nature’s rhythm.
